Ideoi kasvua (ideas for growth)

– the on-line discussion forum of the Growth Initiative

 

The growth of productivity is a concerted endeavour of us all. The Growth Initiative launched by the Prime Minister’s Office seeks ways to boost productivity growth in Finland during the 2010s.

 

Through an on-line discussion forum, the working group of the initiative invited citizens to join the working group and suggest ideas and give views on measures to create sustainable growth in Finland. The on-line discussion forum at www.ideoikasvua.fi attracted more than 2,800 visitors, some 2,000 of whom joined the debate. The discussion forum was open from 17 February to 31 March 2010. Views expressed will be drawn on in the formulation of concrete policy recommendations in the final report to be published in August 2010.
