Interim report by the Growth Initiative working group
Sustainable growth – towards well-being and better quality of life
The Growth Initiative working group led by Mr Antti Tanskanen submitted its interim report to Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen on 17 February 2010. At the press conference held after the submission of the report, the working group presented the main points in the interim report ‘Sustainable growth – towards well-being and better quality of life’.
The views presented in the interim report are intended to stimulate national debate and are not meant to be considered final policy recommendations. An on-line discussion forum opened in conjunction with the publication of the interim report was closed on 31 March 2010. At www.ideoikasvua.fi the working group invited citizens to take part by suggesting ideas and giving their views on the proposed measures to create sustainable growth.
